About Shaan

Shaan #TheAfroPrince was born and raised in Mitchell’s Plain, Cape Town, South Africa. He started singing and rapping at the age of 6, and started writing his own songs at the age of 9. Merely at the beginning of adulthood and this 27-year-old has already done so much by diversifying his talent with all his learnings and experience gained over the years.He does just about every popular genre with Afropop, HipHop & RnB being at the forefront, and he lives by one motto and that is to: "Live and Let Live” #SpreadLove 😊🙏Inspired by the likes of various great artist, Shaan has a very diverse yet known sound, and tries to connect with as many people as he can through his music.
